The only instances that would require us to disclose personal information (i.e. – name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) to third parties is under legal subpoena, to verify billing information with the Customer’s financial institution, credit card fraud detection, or other valid law enforcement or government agency requests.

In addition, from time to time, we may market certain third party services through our site. Should you choose to accept an offer from a third party, we will pass your relevant personal information, including your name, postal address, email address and your credit/debit card number, to that third party.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender for the purpose of watch list screening, under the authority of 49 U.S.C. section 114, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 and 49 C.F.R parts 1540 and 1560. You may also provide your Redress Number, if available. Failure to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender may result in denial of transport or denial of authority to enter the boarding area. TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice. E-mail addresses

E-mail addresses provided by you to Eastern Airlines will not be shared with any third parties that are not in a contractual relationship with Eastern Airlines.

Eastern will remove any identifiable information and unsubscribe the child from any of our electronic marketing lists. Where required by applicable law, Eastern may ask children for consent from their parents or guardians before we book their flight or provide a product or service to them.

In order to protect your privacy and our database, we recommend that you not share any personally identifiable information with any third-party information aggregators that would allow them access to sensitive account information.
